You will not find fakes, synthetic, imitation stones, irradiated or lab created crystals. Yes my prices for Gemstone Jewelry and crystals maybe higher compared to many out there (ebay, etsy, amazon, oriental markets) but you will have the guarantee that everything you purchase from me is 100% real and genuine. To me this is very important, to disclose all information so a customer knows what is buying and decide if it wants it or not. The amount of fake Crystals sold online or listed with misleading information is appalling, from painted Howlite or Magnesite sold as "natural Turquoise" to Black Onyx being sold as "Natural Black Tourmaline" to Dyed Agates being sold as "natural Sugilite" and "carnelian" it's truly shameful. This is the reason why I teach in my videos how to recognize real crystals from Fakes among other things and why you will never have to worry about any of that when purchasing from me. JEWELRY POLICY: You will find two types of jewelry on this website. The one that I create myself and the one that I buy already made, from reputable trusted sources around the world. Any jewelry that you purchase from me have a 90 days guarantee, if anything happens to your jewelry during this period of time, I will fully repair the piece for you or replace it.

PAYMENT: We accept several payment methods, Credit Card, Paypal and Crypto Currency. Discounts are given to customers who paid using Crypto (18% Off) and if paying with Paypal you get 10% discount. SHIPPING: I create and pack every single order myself and I take great pride in doing that. I want you to feel how much I care about what I do and about you, from the time you open your package. I also know that you want your order as soon as possible, so your order will be processed and sent to you within 2-3 business days, with the exception of weekends and special holidays. I ship priority mail and first class, depending on the order and the country's destination. Continental should arrive within 3 to 5 business day. Canada and International orders may take longer, up to 2 weeks.
VERY IMPORTANT: Please make sure to add the EXACT shipping address, NO abbreviations or incomplete addresses. This creates a lot of problems creating shipping labels for packages that are then returned to us. If you enter the wrong address and the package is sent back to us, you will have to pay for shipping cost again. To avoid this PLEASE make sure you enter the FULL correct shipping address.
SHIPPING COST: Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. I have tried to do my best to calculate weight based shipping calculator, but if you try to place an order and feel the shipping is high, please contact me. I will take a look for you and try to get the best shipping cost for you, specially if this is an international order.
RETURN POLICY: Customer satisfaction is my number one concern and I want you to be fully satisfied when buying from me. So if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with something you have purchased from me, please contact me and let me know and I will make it right. In the unfortunate event that any items in your order arrives broken or damaged in transit please contact me as soon as possible so so I can send a replacement for you.
