MEDICINE BAG: The beautiful pouch is made out of 100% cotton. Handcrafted in Guatemala by artisans, each one is handmade and come in different colors. If you have preference for some colors, please let me know when you place your order so I can try to pick one that have some if not all the colors you like. if no note is included, I will intuitively choose one for you. This pouch measures 4 x 3 and it is very soft, making it feel wonderful when you hold it in your hand.

HOW TO USE IT: Carry your pouch with you and when you feel that you need some support hold the Crystal bag in your hand or hold it in between both hands and bring it close to your heart, start breathing deeply while focusing on how good it feels to hold it in your hand. The weight of the crystals, the softness of the cotton pouch, the beautiful calming energy emanating from the crystals filling you with peace and mental clarity. When you feel better and more calm, keep your pouch in your pocket and carry it with you. This Crystal Pouch can be placed under the pillow at night, or you can hold it in your hand until you fall sleep.
UPDATE: Please note that this kit no longer comes with the lavender sage bundle but a California White Ceremonial Sage, which is the exact one but without the lavender. The Lavender season is over and therefore the bright colorful purple lavender flowers are no longer available until next season. So please keep in mind if you buy this kit the bundle will be without the LAVENDER.
