AMPHIBOLE: Amphibole Quartz or Angel Phantom Quartz is a rare variety of Quartz with inclusions of various minerals that may include Riebeckite, Tremolite, Winchite, Hornblende, Richterite, Limonite, Hematite, Kaolinite, Lithium, and Actinolite. Chlorite can also be seen in some of them.
Amphibole Quartz is also known by the names Red Rabbit Quartz in Asia, and Angel Phantom Quartz over the rest of the world. This is due to the inclusions looking like Angel Wings. It is no coincidence that these crystals have a close link with the angelic realm.
